  • Motherhood Discussions: Each class begins with a 15-20 minute group discussion. These group coaching sessions are KEY to transforming your mindset alongside your physical asanas.
  • Yoga Practices: 45 minute yoga practices to open up complain problem areas for mothers and to connect you to your intuition.
  • Recordings: All live practices will be recorded and posted to the membership site 24 hours later.
